The package
Everything included
Every week follows the same full-board rhythm — guided horse work, daily yoga and your accommodation, arranged so you can simply arrive.
- 8 days · 7 nights
- Full board for the whole retreat.
- Introductory workshop
- The basic needs and perception of horses, for a more conscious and harmonious relationship with them.
- 5× yoga practice
- Morning sessions with Elisabetta, held Monday to Friday.
- The programme
- “In the Mirror of Horses” — six workshops of around two and a half hours each.
- Your accommodation
- Shared or group room, the Tepee, or campsite. Single room on request.
- The Tuscan table
- Fresh, lovingly prepared meals with vegetables from the garden.
